Let us be your guide
WarmFloors acts as an introducer to a panel of lenders, the interest rate is dependent on your credit score, the better your credit score the lower the interest. Every lender we work with only does soft searches (also known as credit checks) at the initial stages. The searches will not show up on your file and will not be visible to other lenders, protecting your credit rating.
To apply for credit we need to provide you with a quotation, agree the works and take a 10% deposit, once the finance is approved we can agree an installation date and start installing your dream underfloor heating system.
For added piece of mind we will match our warranty to your finance term. Our standard warranty is two years, but if you take out finance over 3-5 years we will extend our warranty to match your term, therefore you will be covered for the term of the loan and benefit from a free extended warranty.
